  • March, 2009 – Collection of $1,192,635.00 of 1,490,174.85 owed to a Subcontractor/Material supplier in a construction based commercial litigation matter involving the Illinois Mechanics Lien Statute;

  • December, 2010 – Settlement award in favor of the Plaintiffs in the amount of $3,100,000.00 in a consumer based lawsuit involving disclosure laws governing insurance commissions which is the subject of a confidential settlement agreement. A class of over 2,000 plaintiffs was certified for purposes of settlement;

  • June, 2012 – Settlement award in favor of a certified class of over 300 Plaintiffs in the amount of $11,000,000.00 under §1981 pertaining to race discrimination in employment.

  • May, 2016 – Settlement award in favor of the Plaintiffs in an amount exceeding $1,000,000.00 in a lawsuit contending race discrimination and a racially harassing work environment against one local facility of a Fortune 500 manufacturing company which is the subject of a confidential settlement agreement. A class of over 25 claimants was certified for purposes of settlement.

  • December, 2018 – Achieved a confidential settlement on behalf of ten (10) individual Plaintiffs who were employees of a fortune 500 transportation company, claiming race discrimination and a hostile work environment in an amount in excess of $600,000.00.
